What is our return policy?

Due to the nature of our business being online only and a pre-order based store we are unable to accept returns. However, in the case of damaged or defective products we are happy to issue returns.


How do you place an order on our website?

To place an order, click on the product you want to buy then choose your size and quantity and then add to cart and follow instructions to checkout. 


How long does it take to receive your order?

As this is an online store and a pre-order based store, our warehouses are situated in the Asia-Pacific Region and so shipping times vary. On average the customer should receive their order within 2 weeks. However, due to COVID and so stricter international customs guidelines, it may take longer in some cases. 


What payment methods do we accept?

We offer a variety of payment methods including PayPal, Google Pay, Shop Pay and also the use of credit cards including Visa, Amex, Mastercard and JCB. 


Can you cancel or change your order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel or change your order after it has been placed due to this being a pre-order based store and so we hold very little inventory on hand. And so the likelihood of other sizes and variants being sold out is much higher. Therefore, we would like to provide the same opportunities for all customers. 


Do we offer free shipping?

At the moment, for the winter sale, we have offered free shipping on all products and huge discounts for all products throughout the store. 


What is our size chart and how do you find the right size?

The respective size charts will be provided in the description of the products you are seeking. For any products missing sizing charts feel free to contact us for the perfect size. Please note the sizing does vary between different products.


Can you track your order online?

At this stage we do not have a service to help track your products online. However, if you want an update on your order, feel free to contact customer support via the contact us page for specifics and they'd be happy to help!


What if you receive a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to the return policy. This means you send the product back to our warehouse where we will send out a brand new one if stock permits or you will receive a complete refund.
